Student medications at school

Dear parents and carers

A letter will go home this week for parents and carers of students who receive medication at school. Please collect all medications by Friday 18th December 2020.

No medications can be stored at school over the school holidays.  Any items not collected will be disposed of.

Please note: New Action Plans and Authorities will be required for 2021. These should be brought to the front office by parents/carers on the first day of school, Monday 1st February 2021. Action Plans should be updated and printed/provided by your doctor. Authority forms can be downloaded from the school website under the Notes and Notices drop-down menu.
