Student medications at school

Dear parents and carers

A letter will go home this week for parents and carers of students who receive medication at school. Please collect all medications by Friday 18^th December 2020.

No medications can be stored at school over the school holidays.  Any items not collected will be disposed of.

Please note: New Action Plans and Authorities will be required for 2021. These should be brought to the front office by parents/carers on the first day of school, Monday 1^st February 2021. Action Plans should be updated and printed/provided by your doctor. Authority forms can be downloaded from the school website under the Notes and Notices drop-down menu.
